My name is Jelena and I come from Croatia, from a family that loves to bake! I try to use all organic ingredients for baking.
I'm also good in making novelty birthday cakes. From Barbie to Spiderman, castles to cars, anything your little one's heart desires.
You can even personalise your cake with a photo or picture of your choice. At the moment I still have to investigate about edible pictures to be sugar free so I usually use the real photo of your choice and laminate it so you can keep it (for your baby record book). Or I can order edible vanilla icing picture, it takes 3 days to be delivered to me and it would cost around R55 extra.
All cakes are made with cream cheese icing or if you prefer buttercream icing, plastic icing or fresh cream ( plastic icing is only one made with real icing sugar).
I can also use rice, rye or any kind of flour preferred. Some kids are wheat intolerant, especially when they are very small.
My cakes can be made diabetic friendly, vegan, or any other healthy alternative preferred.
