Healthy Cakes 4 You is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
I got the idea of doing this kind of healthy organic baking for my daughter’s Mia 1st birthday. I did not want to introduce refined sugar to her diet yet, specially not for her 1st birthday so I made her a sugar free vegan cake with no eggs. All kids loved the cake, and mum's were very happy too, and the idea was born!!
Now when I bake sugar free cakes I use sugar substitutes such as xylitol, fructose (kids are having it in fruits anyway, so it does not introduce sugar cravings yet :), and or mixture of dates and raisins for a 100% sugar free cake.
I bake cakes for all occasions and deliver (or pick-up can easily be arranged) throughout Cape Town. I work from home so consultations and pick up times can be flexible to fit in with your schedule.
Just a little bit of information about my cakes - well actually the choices you have for what goes on under the icing. I try to use all organic ingredients for baking.

I'm also good in making novelty birthday cakes. From Barbie to Spiderman, castles to cars, underwater theme to farm with animals, anything your little one's heart desires.
